iDriveCareer Human Resources Consulting Canada Limited (“iDC” or the “Company”) owns the intellectual property of all the materials being shared with Clients, including but not limited to all the documents, audios/videos, templates and samples in electronic or other formats (“Materials”). The Clients must not retransmit, copy, publish, distribute, display or otherwise make available any of the Materials to others unless the written permission is granted by the Company.

 

The Company owns the intellectual property of all the Materials created or edited for the Clients. The Company may use them at its discretion, but agrees that it shall not expose the Clients’ identification, contact information and confidential information unless permitted by the Clients or lawfully required.

 

iDC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify its products, services and prices. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

 

All information conveyed in the relevant iDC publications issued at iDC Moodle, iDC website, WeChat official account, WeChat group(s) and any other social platform created by iDC is provided “as is” without warranties, expressed or implied, or representations of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law,  iDC, iDC staff, any of its management member, or Directors will not be liable for the quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of this information, or for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages that may arise out of the use of this information by you or anyone else (including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of opportunities, trading losses, and damages that may result from any inaccuracy or incompleteness of this information). To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDC will not be liable to you or anyone else under any tort, contract, negligence, strict liability, products liability, or other theory with respect to this presentation of information.
